Richard Howard

Richard Howard was born in Bedford, TX and raised in Colleyville. He attended Colleyville Heritage high school where he played sports until graduation. After high school Rich attended the University of Texas at Austin where he received his B.S. degree in Corporate Communications and minor in Marketing. While attending college Richard began working with real estate investors in property acquisition, which ultimately lead him to becoming a licensed real estate agent.

Rich began his retail career with a top producing real estate team in Austin at Keller Williams. This is where he learned the industry's best practices when it comes to assisting clients selling and buying real estate. While in Austin Richard took many classes in negotiation which gives his clients a huge advantage when getting the best price and terms possible with their properties.

After some fun and successful years in Austin, Tx, Richard parted ways back to the DFW to be close to his family again. He joined the JPAR family and loves selling real estate in his hometown.
