With more than seventeen years in the real estate business and involvement in hundreds of transactions, Richard has vast experience as a professional realtor and is licensed in New Jersey and New York. Since 2003, Richard has served as the Manager Broker Associate of the Fort Lee Office as well as a Senior Vice-President at Prominent Properties/Sotheby’s International Realty. He has a passion for assisting his associates whether representing sellers or buyers.As an agent, Richard always takes pride in listening to and communicating his clients’ needs and requirements to fellow brokers and their clients and in assisting a transaction throughout its course. Richard has been a member of the New Jersey Association of Realtor’s Circle of Excellence Club from 1997-2003 and was the Eastern Bergen County Realtor Associate of the Year in 2004. Richard has also served on the Eastern Bergen County Board of Directors and has been on the Board of Directors of the New Jersey Multiple Listing System since 2007.He has chaired the Eastern Bergen County Circle of Excellence Award Committee since 2003.Richard looks forward to assisting clients in whatever their real estate needs.
