I contracted with Rick in late 2019 to sell a commercial office condominium in the City of Fairfax. The condo had previously been on the market with two other realtors prior to Rick taking it on and had been on and off the market for many months. The market seemed saturated with other similar properties, the City had built out brand new office space, and, of course, COVID seemed to keep people out of the commercial market. The property was in average condition, but was very close to the Court House. Nevertheless, all conditions made the condo difficult to sell.
I appreciated Rick for many reasons. First, he was such a professional. He kept me informed regularly on any activity that occurred, including online inquiries, appointments for showing, feedback from potential buyers, general market activity in the area, etc. I felt like he was staying on top of the situation. I also appreciated that he was upfront and told me things that I didn’t necessarily want to hear, but needed to in order to better prepare the property for showing and to set my expectations appropriately.
Rick was also very understanding of “my” situation. I work full time, take care of a chronically ill family member, and also manage taking care of a lot of animals. He always checked when I was available and set appointments, and helped in any other way he could. He often went early to showings and “tidied up” when necessary. He researched and followed up on questions, and was respectful of the tenant’s time when showing the property. When we finally got an offer, he facilitated all of the activities that needed to be accomplished for closing.
In summary, I would recommend Rick to anyone seeking to sell their home or other property. His professionalism, knowledge, and concern for his clients are worth seeking him out for.

Rick was our buyers agent, and he was instrumental in helping us buy an ideal property in a very competitive market. Rick has been an amazing person to work! Experienced, professional, and kind hearted Rick has been able to make a stressful situation of having less than a month to find a home into a realistic task that we were able to complete with our constant communication, reliable meetings at possible locations, as well as telling us when we were and were not being realistic about a possible location. After working with Rick I can easily say that I would recommend him to any person that needs help finding a place but more specifically to students that are looking for a place near George Mason University as Rick makes it easy for us college students trying to move out and yet still be close to campus. Rick will work with you and be able to help you with all of the different question that you may have. Will work with him again when we move from here after finishing university studies and will be recommending him to all my relatives that need help finding a place in the Northern Virginia area.

He was of big assistance to me and my wife with leasing the home that matches our long list of requirements in Centreville, Va. During August 2020.

Rick has the qualities that makes him an extremely successful and effective broker, he was working with us patiently, day and night even during weekend, I can’t say enough about his professionalism and knowledge within the industry. He has high integrity and always keeps the clients best interests in mind.
As in our situation of a real estate lease (not purchase), this was a small transaction relative to the size of properties and transactions any realtor normally handles, but he treated our business with the highest professionalism and courtesies one would expect for a very large transaction.
One of the qualities I respected the most was the way he taking the ownership of our objectives and his consistency. He treated us like we are the only client in the world, even with his schedule is full. He does a great job of listening to our needs and does not waste time showing properties which do not meet the objectives, and negotiates effectively with the opposing broker on behalf of us, he did his best to make the moving of our lovely cat and bird possible. He is extremely responsive to questions, often responding immediately at any time.
He shows great attention to the details enabling the transaction to get done. Our transaction went very smoothly and we closed on time.

I have the highest level of confidence in Rick, and I will only have him to represent me in my future transactions towards purchasing a house.

I truly enjoyed working with Rick. I was moving from out of state and he was more than accommodating in assisting me with locating a place to live. He even conducted a virtual walk through being that I could not make it into town. Rick would explain everything to me in a manner that I could understand. Rick was a wonderful real estate agent during our home buying experience. He set up searches specific to our desires, packed a day full of house tours because we were coming from out-of-town, and walked us through the entire home buying experience. He was incredibly responsive and available anytime we had a question or needed assistance, Rick advocated for us and our purchase to ensure we got the house we wanted! I would highly recommend! Above and beyond! Super responsive!
I contacted Rick based on a recommendation of my friend. I had never worked with a realtor. Thus I didn't have any information about the process at all. In our very first conversation, Rick explained me every single process of a rental, which was super informing. Then we started our journey to find our new rental house. We are very picky, so it was not easy to find a house conforming our all of our criteria. However, Rick was very helpful, super responsive, and hard working. We found our new home in a timely manner. We had GREAT experience with Rick. He is caring, knowledgeable, friendly with great personality. He is spectacular in what he does.

He helped us rent a house and we will certainly use his expertise in future.

- He stayed on top of property listings and informed us of new openings right away, spoke with agents and owners before we even knew it.

- We moved from NYC to DC area, and it was difficult for us to travel every weekend to look at houses. He arranged with owners and tenants and when permission was granted, he showed us houses we were interested over FaceTime. Chatted with tenants as if he was he was renting for himself and his own family. Extremely helpful.

- Rick has great attention to details. He pointed out pros and cons of any house he showed us unbiased, which saved us plenty of time, money and trouble.

- He helped us throughout the application process. He went over all the paperwork and corrected whatever we had done incorrectly.

- On the move-in day (while we were driving from NYC), he picked up the keys from the owner and went for a pre-move in inspection of the house. He brought several things to our attention that we would've never noticed.

- He is very responsive, text, phone, email. He is honest, professional, transparent and unbiased.

Overall, our experience with Rick was superb. We certainly will use his service and expertise again. He treated us like family.

Rick worked tirelessly over 4 months to help me find a house to rent in NO.VA. He did so with consistent follow-up, strong effort and good humor. He worked with me up to and through when he delivered the key to the house when he met me there when I arrived from driving almost all the way across the country. I've dealt with many Real Estate Agents in my life and if any of them were half as good as Rick it would've saved me a lot of grief. There's a lot of charlatans and also-rans out there, Rick is head and shoulders above them all. If I choose to buy another house and it is here, Rick is my Agent....work with HIM, trust me you won't find another agent that will work better and harder for you!
