Richard Lebert

West101 Realty Group was founded by Richard Lebert after he saw a need to bring his commercial real estate experience to more personalized client focused transactions. He specializes in assisting clients on property analysis, due diligence support, market trends, valuation and marketing of investment properties, land, and user properties.

Born in Santa Monica, California, Richard spent his childhood in Orange County. After graduating from San Diego State University, he worked in management for Princess Cruises where he met his wife, Donna. Upon leaving the cruise industry, they settled in North County San Diego where they raised their family, and he launched a career in real estate.

Now, with over 30 years of industry experience, and half a billion dollars in transactions, Richard has founded West101 Realty Group to share his expertise with you. Whether it is a buyer, seller, landlord, or tenant relationship, Richard can help guide the process.
