Started off in Residential Real Estate and worked in the Insurance field for 20 yrs. This combination led me into "flipping houses", selling smaller multi-family apt units, and leasing.

After 10 yrs or so I transitioned into Commercial properties and have owned up to 52 units of multi-family properties in partnerships: this also included heavy remodeling/updating, leasing and management duties.

Obtained my CCIM designation and started working with multi-family clients interested in developing or expanding multi's, smaller strip malls and land.

Have a very keen interest in helping investors increase their ROI abilities with local investment properties that match their capabilities and desires.

Recent transactions: Co-brokered a 45,000 RSF Industrial Lease with a National Client in Agawam, MA. & an Office Building Sale in Tolland, CT. Presently selected as Leasing Agent for an 18,000 RSF Medical/Dental Office building in East Longmeadow, MA.
