Richard Lin

Richard Lin brings a dynamic, entrepreneurial perspective to commercial real estate, shaped by a diverse background in business ownership and real estate investing. Prior to entering the real estate industry, Richard built, operated, and successfully exited multiple ventures across industries including technology, manufacturing, logistics, and consumer services. This foundation gives him a unique advantage in understanding the operational needs and goals of a wide range of commercial clients.

With firsthand experience in value-add and distressed asset acquisitions, Richard brings a strategic investor’s mindset to every transaction, helping clients maximize value and minimize risk. He actively represents both landlords and tenants, as well as buyers and sellers, with a focus on the Houston submarket. His work spans office, industrial, multi-family, and retail properties, and he takes pride in his ability to anticipate client needs, navigate complex transactions, and deliver tailored solutions.

Richard attended Arizona State University and is married with two children and a bulldog. His wife is also a licensed residential realtor, making real estate a true family focus. Outside of work, he enjoys working out, exploring Houston’s food scene, and participating in volunteer work.
