Richard P. March III takes pride in providing each of his clients with the knowledge and insight gained from over 25 years combined experience in client service, management, quality and education. Richard’s educational endeavors include completion of an undergraduate degree with honors from Franklin & Marshall College, a graduate degree with distinction from Georgetown University, and completion of doctoral studies summa cum laude from George Washington University. In his early days, Richard received a prestigious Fulbright Scholar award in Germany from the U.S. Department of State. These accomplishments give him a broad perspective from which to understand the needs and passions of clients from diverse backgrounds and assist them in meeting their real state goals. Additionally, Richard also possesses near-native proficiency in the German language, for clients who prefer to conduct business in German. Richard understands the importance of providing unparalleled client service and expert management in every real estate transaction, and as such, Richard enjoys educating his clients while providing seamless management of the entire buying or selling process, from first consultation through settlement. Richard’s unique professional and educational experience also includes earned certifications such as: Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB), Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) and Certified Manager of Quality and Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE), which qualify Richard to see different perspectives in the real estate industry that may not be otherwise obvious. Richard also holds a current property and casualty insurance license, providing him with a unique perspective on real estate that sets him apart from the rest. Richard enjoys leveraging his years of experience and varied areas of expertise to help clients complete a successful transaction that satisfies their home-ownership dreams and provide clients with the peace of mind they deserve!
