Rich helped us buy our shore house. He was very professional and well prepared. After the first day looking at properties, he really nailed what we were looking for and put together an excellent lineup for the next time. Once we decided on a property, he was very helpful in the negotiations. This being our first time buying a house on the shore he was also helpful in answering all our questions about the specific issues with this sort of property. During the entire process of inspections and settlement Rich was always very responsive any time we had questions or issues. I would highly recommend him.

Richard & Christine were an amazing team to have as our real estate agents. Richard was extremely professional. He answered any and all questions, which we had a lot of, quickly. They were very knowledgeable and supportive throughout the process. I would highly recommend him over any brokers as you will save thousands as well as receive the best service any agent can provide. We were able to sell our home above our asking price and under contract in just a few days. Richard was then able to help us with an amazing deal on our new home! They managed all the details and we were able to coordinate both closings on the same day for an absolutely stress-free experience. From the moment you meet Rich you know you are not dealing with an ordinary realtor. Your dealing with a specialist!! Rich is someone who "lives" his business. Day/night 365 a year, he works to make sure his clients are put in the best position that suits their realty needs. I struggled for close to a year finding the right location for me and my family.
