Richard Mulder

Following an accomplished stretch of professional skateboarding, Richard Mulder has been a Realtor® since 2005. He was born and raised in Southern California and serves Orange, Los Angeles, and San Bernardino counties.

As a pro athlete who’s always traveling, Richard takes pride in his extensive experience up, down, and across the expansive Southern California region. It gives him clear geographical market knowledge from inland San Gabriel Valley to Newport Beach coastal living, making him a valuable, deep resource in helping a wide variety of clients with their unique real estate needs. “That’s why I started in real estate,” he says. “With my experience and knowledge, I can confidently do honest, good work in helping people.” Richard’s outgoing nature and dedication to service dovetail perfectly with his core values of faith, family, integrity, and a strong work ethic, all of which apply professionally as well as personally.

Now a real estate professional for nearly two decades, Richard is experienced in all manner of transactions, from residential to short sales, trust sales, real estate owned (REO), and multiunit properties. His diverse clientele includes individuals in the skateboarding, surfing, and action sports industries, other professional athletes, and small-business owners, artists, photographers, and creatives who may be selling their home or buying their first. Meeting his clients’ needs remains the driving force in his enjoyment and success.

In his spare time, Richard is an associate pastor in Mess Halls, a digital faith community that offers personal support and spiritual nourishment. He still enjoys skateboarding, likes to cook, and loves being with his wife and three boys — Elijah, Micah, and Lucas.
