Rich has been a Sales Associate with The Tucker Team since August 2012. Before joining Compass, he spent 9 years with RE/MAX, 6 years with Prudential NJ Properties, and 3 years with Weichert Realtors. Rich lists and sells residential properties in Morris County, as well as several adjacent counties; however, his area of greatest concentration is in eastern Morris County, in communities such as Hanover Twp., East Hanover, Morris Plains, Morristown, Parsippany, Madison, Florham Park, etc.
Rich brings a wealth of sales, marketing, and technical expertise to the table, both from his years in real estate and his corporate experience. Rich was International Sales Manager with Allied Chemical Corp. (now Honeywell) and later, established RDL International Sales, an Export Management Company, selling chemicals and related products on a global basis. Rich has a degree in Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and an MBA from Rider University.
Rich has earned the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) designations and holds an NJ Real Estate Broker’s License. Rich works with a wide variety of buyers, sellers, and investors from first-time homebuyers to savvy relocation clients, for properties ranging from entry-level condos to luxury homes, well over $1MM. Rich resides in Whippany and has been a Hanover Twp. Resident since 1979.
