Richard is amazing! He helped my family and I buy our first home in the US and made the whole process went as smooth as possible. I found him through a friend referral and was delighted to find his process matched what I was looking for.

Mr Richard is a pure definition of a very good realtor. I met him through a referral from my friend . He took my case as a personal case and I am sure he does same for all his clients. Even when I was about to make a wrong choice, he never let me. " Be patient, we will get a better house" those are his words. I works six days a week having only one day to spare yet Mr. Richard worked with my time and still gave me a better service. I am my family got our dream home curtesy of Richard. He is not just knowledgeable about only realtor job, he has in-depth technical knowledge of houses not just about the look of a house but also minor defects that can affect a house in future. Richard has helped my family purchase two homes. Our first home was a one-car garage townhouse that we renovated. Nearly three years later, we purchased a single family home. Our experience with Richard can be summed as commendable and outstanding. Richard is responsive and present for each step of the process. The team he works with makes the home purchasing process smooth and economical. For example, when mortgage interest rates were 5.5%, the lender Richard recommended locked us in at a rate of 4.9%.

Richard treated my wife and I as if we were his kin. He ensured our desires in a home were satisfied. He had a solution for problems we experienced with the purchases. He gave us great gifts and continues to bestow gifts around the holiday seasons.

I hope I don’t have to enter the housing market and compete for another home. However, if circumstances change and I am compelled do so, I will unreservedly contact Richard for his assistance.
