On the spot realtor team!! Rich and Trina Parke were always available, answered all of my questions, and made every arrangement...there really wasn't much for me to do except to keep the place clean. In addition, they produced very well-done media marketing including a great video with drone footage. The Parke Team's experience and advice was invaluable to me while navigating the sale of my home.

Rich and the entire Parke team are amazing. I have been doing business with them for about 21 years. Rich helped me buy 3 homes, sell 3 homes and he sold my dad's home after he passed away. Buying and selling a home is a big deal. I wouldn't trust anyone else to handle my transactions. Rich and team make sure every detail is taken care of. They go by the book; they get deals done. They return phone calls, text messages and emails promptly. They make sure you see the homes you ask to see.
