Richard Paulicelli

My name is Richard Paulicelli and I live in Whitsett. I’ve been in NC since August of ’17 and have truly enjoyed living here since. I am originally from upstate South Carolina (Greenville) and lived there until I moved up here with my beautiful wife Stephanie and our beloved animals. I’m a dad to a sweet beautiful little girl Sophia (born 11/2020), and a handsome little boy Joel (Born 06/2022).

Before my career in real estate, I worked for Verizon Wireless. I was in customer service for them before moving to North Carolina and then once I moved here I went into retail sales. I felt like the store wasn’t meant for me, so I took a leap of faith in 2018 and left that job to pursue real estate. Since then, I’ve been honored to help over 100 families and individuals buy and sell their home.
