A Long Beach State engineering graduate, Richard got his start in his father’s construction business, learning the trade from the ground up. He later built his own successful company, managing high-profile projects like a $10M ranch remodel, senior center upgrades, and church renovations. His expertise spans everything from budgeting and site management to preparing properties for sale and overseeing investment portfolios.

Fluent in English and Spanish, Richard is passionate about helping the Latino community build generational wealth through real estate. Known for his transparency and commitment to client success, he aims to grow a sustainable portfolio of managed properties while expanding his reach in both residential and commercial real estate.

Outside of work, Richard enjoys golfing and staying active in his community. His mission is simple: to guide clients through every stage of real estate investment with the knowledge and support they need to make confident, informed decisions.
