I highly recommend Rich Pisani for any Real Estate transaction for a few very simple but important reasons. Rich is extremely trustworthy. He's knowledgeable. He' s hardworking. He's available and responsive. He's patient ......and he's a really nice guy. Rich just saw me through a crazy short sale transaction. More than a year and a half ago, I contacted Rich because I was looking for an investment property in Burbank. I knew what I wanted, where I wanted it to be located and how much I wanted to spend. We probably looked at a couple dozen houses and had unsuccessful offers on several (mostly because I was going up against all cash bidders) when we came upon a short sale. It met all the criteria, and we had an accepted offer. Little did I know of all the complications that can come with a short sale. One year (yes, one year!) after the initial accepted offer, we closed on the property. I couldn't be happier. The entire time Rich kept me posted on the twists and turns of the transaction and helped navigate through the insane path of this short sale and ultimately helped bring it to a successful close. He never once made me feel that I was a burden or that he'd rather be moving on to something else. We would continue to look at properties the entire time even as the inventory dried up, but he was always supportive of sticking with the short sale...even when it looked like it wouldn't happen. Rich is the consummate professional offering total support during your real estate search and transaction, without ever making you feel pressured.
