Richard Rackley

Being a native Knoxvillian, I love Knoxville and enjoy introducing it to new comers and celebrating it with local residents that are moving to a new home. By being very familiar with many areas, I have knowledge, resources and friends all over town. I have a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Education from the University of Tennessee which allows me to explain complex issues in an easy to understand way. I enjoy building relationships with my clients so I can meet or exceed their expectations. I have twin daughters that are very talented with acting, and singing. I enjoy playing the drums and spending time with my kids. Knoxville will always be home and I want to help you feel the same way.
