I am relocating from California to Atlanta, Georgia and I wanted to have my new place before the 2025 New Year. I had to cancel my trip to GA when my 98 year old mom got sick. The two condos I had selected from my internet research would sell if I didn't act quickly. I found Richard via an internet search, called him and explained my predicament. I was selling my father's house as the executor of his estate. Living out of town and trying to manage the sale of the house was a pretty stressful prospect. Richard was referred to us by a friend. From the first time I called him, he completely put me at ease.
