Our experience with Rich was terrific. He was our realtor in buying a new home and I don't think we could've had a better experience. He responded incredibly quickly, made himself readily available any time we wanted to see a home, and was very patient with us. He is someone who really gets things done. In addition, he is very personable and honest so we felt like we could really trust him through this process and that he had our best interest at heart. It is without a doubt that we got our home because we were working with Rich. I couldn't even imagine having gone through this process without him.
