Richard Saiz

Richard and Veronica Saiz work for/with Brokers Guild Homes and, together, they have over 50 years of combined experience in real estate.
Veronica obtained her real estate brokers license in 1996 and her managing broker’s license in 1999. While she is skilled at working with all types of buyers and sellers, Veronica is passionate about helping seniors and she has had a Seniors Real Estate Specialist designation for over twenty years. Veronica is an expert negotiator with a well-developed understanding of the ins and outs of the typical (and not so typical) real estate transactions. She has seen it all.
Richard holds a BS in Finance with a Real Estate Concentration from Metropolitan State University of Denver. He has worked his entire professional life in residential and commercial real estate.
Richard and Veronica have sold homes from Colorado Springs to Fort Collins but focus primarily on the Denver Metro area.
