Before his current role, Richard served as the Director of Real Estate at Concept Companies from February 2022 to June 2023, where he was responsible for lease negotiations and managing real estate operations. His expertise in both commercial and residential real estate consulting was further developed during his time as a self-employed consultant with Turning Point Real Estate, Inc., from August 2019 to March 2022. In this role, he provided valuable insights and guidance to clients, leveraging his knowledge in zoning and market trends.

Richard's career in real estate began with his position as a Real Estate Sales Consultant at Casa Of Keller Williams Legacy in Maryland, where he honed his skills in sales management and client relations. Additionally, he owned and operated Café del Sol in Martinsburg, West Virginia, from October 2016 to September 2019, where he gained experience in business management and customer service. Prior to his ventures in real estate and entrepreneurship, Richard worked as a Business Sales Consultant at Wells Fargo, further solidifying his expertise in sales and business development.
