Richard’s passion for real estate investing led him to pursue a full-time career as a REALTOR®. A 20-year resident of Central Florida, Richard has been named to Orlando Real Producer's Top 35 under 35 (2020) as well as Orlando Regional Realtor Association's Young Professional Network Top 20 under 40 (2018). He is consistently among the top five hundred REALTORs® out of over 16,000 in central Florida based on sales. Along with being an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) he also earned the distinguished Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation and is a Pricing Strategy Advisor. He believes in real estate as the vehicle to long term wealth and enjoys helping people make educated decisions for their future.
