Rick and his team were awesome! We have bought and sold homes 14 times as my career has moved us around the country. Trust me, there are some agents and teams that we would not use again. However, if circumstances ever brought us back to the St. Louis area, we would certainly be giving Rick a call. We moved out before the deal was complete in order to start my new job in Austin. Rick was a live saver in terms of helping us deal with things like yard and pool maintenance and last-minute repairs that we couldn't easily do on our own from 850 miles away. Can't recommend Rick enough if you're selling a home in Illinois. From the initial consult all the way through closing, Rick was always prepared and provided thoughtful guidance with any question or issue that arose.
