Richard Szerman has been helping clients buy and sell Real Estate for over 30 years. He started in 1990 at the age of 19 and he’s been doing it ever since. Rich has participated in over 3,500 Real Estate transactions and knows much more than your average Realtor. He has several programs designed to assist buyers and sellers including; The Rental Rebate Program in which Rich actually gives buyers money to help them buy a home, The Resale Renovation Program in which Rich gives sellers money to fix up their home for sale, and The Free Loan Modification program in which he and his staff assist owners in reshaping their loans to a more affordable rate, often saving their homes from foreclosure.
