Richard is enjoyable to work with when looking for home. He is very flexible, patient and personable. It is nice to know the agent is looking out for your interest and not their own. My wife and I have used Richard services twice and we have been extremely impressed. We are about to move in another home soon, and we were wondering if the leases would have a gap of a day or two from moving in and Richard offered us the ability to park the U-Haul trunk at his home in his driveway which is close to the area we are going to move. To me in my eyes that shows a realtor with integrity and trustworthiness. I guarantee Richard is the realtor you have been looking for.

Rich was not even my realtor. He stepped in when the realtor for my property that I am renting was giving me the run around. Rich is attentive, responsive, professional, caring, and an all around nice guy. Since his involvement, my issues with the property have been quickly resolved. Absolutely phenomenal realtor! Rich was by far the most responsive, courteous, and professional realtor that I have ever worked with. A key characteristic when I seek a realtor is integrity, and Rich is one to look out for his client. My wife and I searched for weeks for a home and Rich knew exactly what we wanted and he found one. Although we really wanted it, Rich was able to advise us and defended our position when he worked with the realtor... he got us the house for less than we were willing to spend!!!

Again, there is no doubt that Rich is the realtor for you. I guarantee he’ll exceed all expectations!

Rich provided a detailed report with comps in the area so we knew what price would be best to put the home on the market, a quick & fair sale price. He was knowledgeable in Centreville VA and gave me an honest assessment for our property and the needed renovations to sell the home quickly. During the renovations he was onsite almost daily to ensure the contractor did a good job, since I was working long shifts, the help was very much appreciated. Exceeded our expectations and was very responsive when I had any questions (day or night). Highly recommended – Thank you so much Rich.

I had my house previously on the market but there was little to no movement with my realtor. We decided to take another path and go work with Paul and Rich. I was impressed by our first meeting, they had a very professional brochure that illustrated my property and other comparable properties in the area. They were very knowledgeable and gave me an honest assessment of my property, what marketing approach they would take and how they would price it. With their recommendations we fixed a few things in the house, then we had a very well organized Open House. We got an offer that same day, I was blown away by how quickly we got the offer that exceeded our expectations. Throughout the sales process, they were very responsive and informed me on every important detail. I can't say enough of their professionalism and knowledge. Great Job!!!!
