Today, Rich and his partner are top-producing agents who specialize in residential sales of condos, townhomes and multi-family homes, with a focus on the Hoboken and Jersey City markets. In 2014, they closed over $40 million in sales. They continue to grow their business in the Hoboken market and Hudson County. Rich has well-honed transaction systems and procedures; no aspect of the transaction is left to chance. He understands that clients have different levels of knowledge about the process, and each transaction is a unique mix of motivations, urgency and personal experience. He approaches each transaction with an open mind and an in-depth consultation approach that gets to the heart of the client’s expectations and goals.

Rich’s downtime is all about family. He is the proud father of four and shares his passion for sports by coaching their softball and basketball teams. Together he and his now wife Stacey love to travel with the family and make sure that when they are off, they spend that quality time together creating memories for all six of them.
