Richard Walchle

Richard specializes in the sale and marketing of homes, lots, land and commercial property throughout the Inland Empire. Richard is the Broker of record of Canyon Country Realty, an independent office in the Corona area. He has served on their Association’s Board of Directors multiple times; Richard has served as a member of The Inland Gateway Assn. of Realtor®s Professional Standards Committee and in 2007 was honored by the association with the “Lifetime Achievement Award”. Jana is a member of the National Association of Realtor®s, the California Association of Realtor®s and the Corona-Norco Association of Realtor®s. Richard is also a member of the National Notary Association. He has been a resident in Corona for over 25 years and has developed strong working relationships with affiliated businesses that benefit his clients. Richard graduated from Pasadena College (now Point Loma Nazarene University) with a B.A. in Business Administration.
