Richard has helped me purchase and sell several homes.
He is very thorough and explains everything in detail so that you always know exactly what has happened, what is happening currently and what is expected in the coming future steps in whatever process you are currently in.
He tells you what options you have and will guide you through buying or selling, so that you do not feel confused or lost in the complex world of real estate, since (we) teh common folk don't deal with this everyday !!! I highly recommend him !! !! !!

It is hard to know where to begin to describe what Rich did for us. We were contemplating moving out of the home I had lived in for 23 years and had Rich send us new listings. When a couple of houses we were interested in came on the market, Rich immediately set us up to see them. We walked into the house of our dreams on a Saturday, only to find that there were about 10 other showings scheduled that weekend. I said "Rich, please get me my house." He did his magic and by Saturday evening we had an accepted offer. We closed the next month. We then had Rich list our home and the next day we had an accepted offer over the asking price. The part where Rich really shined was when we had questions and anxieties. Moving after 23 years was stressful and Rich was always there when we called to guide us through the inspection process and closing process on both homes. After 120 days of wasted time and zero showings (while we were listed with a different realtor), I contacted Richard Ward. I was a little skeptical because he was over an hour away, but he came highly recommended and agreed to take our listing.
Richard was very involved...we saw and heard from him often. We felt sure that we were in very good hands and we knew that if he couldn’t sell it, no one could (it was late in the year...generally past the ideal time to sell)!
With Richard, our home was shown several times and then sold within 30 days. The process was smooth, as Richard was right there with us every step of the way.

Excellent agent!! Was always very informative, professional and answered any questions we had quickly making it an easy process. He also went above and beyond, we had some landscaping that was getting out of control and were out of town so he went over himself to make sure it was in pristine condition before the open house that was the next day simply as a favor!! Also had excellent recommendations for anything we needed done to prepare house such as carpet cleaners and wood refinished, etc, that we were very pleased with!! He recommends the BEST carpet cleaner ever!! I would definitely recommend Rich to anyone looking to sell their home, he will get you the most out of your home while making it easy to do!!
