Richard Weber

Mr. Richard Weber, Commercial Realtor® / Partner with Gerald Haire Realty joined the company in December of 2009. Richard brought over 30 years of sales management and marketing experience to the company. Richard grew up in Texarkana, but has lived in Houston and Longview, Texas. His experience in sales, management, advertising/marketing, and business ownership gives him the experience to manage and market properties for our clients. Richard is a Multi-Million Dollar producer in Commercial Real Estate.

Mr. Weber is an active member of the community and has served on many boards of directors of local groups and non-profit organizations. He currently serves on the Texarkana Board of Realtors. He is a member of the Texarkana Chamber of Commerce and was a 1982 Graduate of Leadership Texarkana and a past Chairman for the Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors. He was the Executive Director of the Business Organization for a New Downtown (B.O.N.D.) for six years. He has served as a Regional Board Member for the Make-a-Wish Foundation of North Texas, on the Board of Directors for The Texarkana Museum Systems, Texarkana Regional Arts and Humanities Council (TRAHC), The American Cancer Society, The American Heart Association, The Literacy Council, the Four State Fair Association, The Volunteer Center of Texarkana, and The Alzheimer’s Association. He has served on the allocations committee for the United Way of Texarkana. He was the Chairman of the Texarkana Museums Systems Annual Quadrangle Festival two times. Richard was a recipient of a Wilbur Award in 1998 for his work in Cultural and Historic Causes. He was the local chairman of The Great American Race in the first race to come through Texarkana.

Richard is married to Judy Coleman-Weber and they have 3 children and 6 grand-children together.
