It has been great working with Richard. He knows the different manhattan submarkets extremely well. He has amazing connections and spends the time to get to know what will work and what is a non starter in terms of showings. What we are looking to purchase is not an easy find and Richard has really worked hard to find properties that make sense. He has even shown us two off-market deals. His new firm is a perfect fit as they pride themselves on personalized service and going the extra yard.
