Heading into the spring market in New York can be extremely competitive, and finding the right place while also working with a broker who genuinely cares about their clients is not always easy. Richard was fantastic throughout the entire process. He rolled with the punches, worked with us after hours when needed, and consistently kept us informed and updated every step of the way.

Not only he was understanding and flexible with time, he also told us about the other apts he was curating and thought might’ve been good for us. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable of the NY real estate market, but he is an incredibly kind person that listens to what you're looking for, answers your questions, and provides you with the best possible apartment options.
