As a licensed Realtor®, Richard has been living and working in the beautiful city of Fort Lauderdale since 2013. In these years he had the privilege to assist many clients to find their dream homes, income producing investment properties, flip for profit and commercial opportunities. His dedication and ability to listen and hear his client’s needs, allowed him to achieve their expectations. He can build and maintain solid relationships with his friendly character and working experience in the financial, tech and hospitality industry. In 2019 Richard was among the top individual agents in his previous office, and capped in February earning him the opportunity to have full commission on his later transactions in that year. As a part-time investor himself, who flipped multiple homes, and with the help of his college education in economics he can advise his clients to find their next best investment. He is exclusively working with dedicated, hard-working professionals whether it is title, mortgage, hard-money lending, inspection, insurance, contracting or interior design.
