Richard Witt

I've been an active Licensed Real Estate Broker since 1981. I owned and managed a successful Brokerage from 1984 until 2019. I served on The Board of Directors for both the Long Island Board of Realtors and the Multiple Listing Service of Long Island. I was Chairman of the Grievance Committee, and the Professional Standards Committees of LIBO as well as a member of the Long Range Planning committee. I have been an active Investor, having participated in the purchase and sale of hundreds of investment homes.
