Richard has a passion for mission trips both abroad and in the USA. Most recently (July 2022) spent a week in Kentucky rebuilding homes devastated by the Dec. 2021 tornadoes. He has traveled to several countries around the world doing construction and faith-based ministry. Richard attends the Maranatha Bible Church located in Springfield Twp.
Richard enjoys spending time outside golfing, kayaking, fishing, gardening, landscape, and tree care. Additionally enjoys attending assorted styles of concerts at Blossom Music Center.
Traveling is a favorite opportunity to visit his three children in various parts of the country and spend some quality time at the Florida beaches relaxing and soaking up some sun while going deep sea fishing.
Richard has been a realtor since 2004 serving northeast Ohio specializing in residential, investment properties, and some small commercial adventures. He has special training in senior housing, assisting Veterans, rehab projects, and providing individuals considering selling their homes with a Home Value Audit that looks at the home through the eyes of the buyers. The Home Value Audit (though not a home inspection) addresses both minor and major repairs needed, preparing the house to sell by clutter reduction, painting, and staging.
Richard retired from Green Fire Dept. in 2020 serving 27 + years as a paramedic/firefighter. He knows and understands the need for confidentiality in all communications and interactions with clients and potential clients.
