There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.
That said, in my experience as a Northern Virginia real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.
This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

08/19/2012 - Bought a Townhouse home in 2011 for approximately $675K in North Highland, Arlington, VA. Mr. Yelich performed a great and very unusual service for us: help us purchase a home, while we lived abroad. Without him, we could not have done it. Mr. Yelich provided all the necessary photos to help us make the decision to purchase this property. After we signed the contract, he oversaw the inspection process. Finally, he closed the sale for us using a power of attorney, because we could not fly to DC even for the closing. The first time we saw our home was 5 months after we bought it. It looked exactly like it did in the photos. There were no nasty surprises , and we could not have been happier with our home! All of this, thanks to Mr. Yelich.
