Richard Zingaro

As a NYC native Richard owned a weekend home in Milford. It is a great place to unwind from the demands of the city. After 40 years in the trucking business, at the request of his daughter, Richard and his daughter opened an independent real estate brokerage in Manhattan. He was proud to be part of his daughter's success and gained his real estate experience through commercial sales, leasing, and residential property management.

When his daughter moved to Los Angeles, they suspended the NYC real estate office and left Manhattan to live in Milford full time. After settling in Richard decided to pursue a new real estate career.

Richard has always been involved in fast paced markets and he bring that energy to his real estate clients in Northeast Pennsylvania. Many years of business experience provided Richard with the knowledge of company operations and management. As a real estate professional, he used this knowledge to help clients in need of commercial properties.

Owning a home in a lake community for 20 years, Richard became familiar with the community. Serving as a volunteer on the board of directors for his homeowner's association helped Richard learn the many different personalities that live and vacation in Milford. Richard is pleased to share his experiences with buyers and sellers when working with them.
