Richelle de Vera was born, raised, and lives in Oakland with her husband and three children. No stranger to customer service, for 13 years she split her time from Palo Alto and San Francisco as a hairstylist/makeup artist. As her family grew, she wanted to be able to juggle it all. She wanted to physically be there to raise her children and to have a career that allowed her to do that. She made a change in 2011 to partner with her life partner in real estate and has not looked back since. She has helped so many people and families find and list their homes. Richelle listens and is patient with her clients and understands that buying a home is a big financial step. She sits down with you and maps out a plan if you are ready to buy and sell now or if you need professional advice to help with your goals before you make the move. She is able to connect you to her preferred lenders, stagers, photographers, and contractors to help facilitate. Richelle can present you with off market opportunities, find your starter home, downsize home, investment property, or dream home.
During this time, Richelle has brought back her creativity by designing all the YUEN developments. Since 2011, she has studied what buyers want and what they do not want. With that, she puts all that knowledge in the properties she designs. Richelle is also there for her clients if they need help with their own renovations. She loves making homes not only beautiful, but functional!
