Working with Richelle Marshall at Century 21 Envision exceeded any of my expectations. As a first time home buyer, I was not familiar with the terminology or the best process people to involve. Right away Richelle was incredibly friendly and took time to sit down with me to figure out what home would be a good fit. She even recommended a lending agent in the area, which was amazing.

Richelle was willing to meet me any day of the week/weekends to view homes. She was very helpful in explaining the entire process and really relieved my stress/anxiety level in my home buying process. I truly believe her expertise helped tremendously in making sure I made the best choice in building my new home. I am forever grateful for Richelle in supporting me in this process. My hard work would not have been possible without the support of my amazing realtor, Richelle Marshall.

Richelle was very professional she walked me through the entire process and made buying my first home very simple. I was able to contact her day or night with any questions I had and would get a response very quickly. All in all I had a great experience thanks to Richelle.
