Richie Hill

Richie Hill brings his experience as an FBI Agent and an Attorney to Comey & Shepherd. Prior to joining the Comey & Shepherd team, he worked relentlessly as a counterterrorism agent to prevent and disrupt terrorist attacks. Prior to that, as an attorney, Richie was engaged in complex class action securities and consumer fraud litigation. In these capacities, Richie learned how to be patient, detail oriented, proactive, a skilled negotiator and a strong advocate, while maintaining an uncompromising standard of integrity.

As your Realtor, Richie brings his passion and sharp attention to detail to help buyers in a highly focused search for their new house and to help sellers get the most value for their home. Whether you are buying or selling, he will work tirelessly to promote your best interests. Richie was born in Cincinnati and has two wonderful graduates of Madeira High School (Julianne 2013 & Jeff 2017). He coached travel baseball teams from 2010-2016 and enjoyed every road-trip along the way. He has a long-standing passion for history (Grinnell College BA in History) and enjoys both historical fiction and the real stuff. He is an avid fan of the Cincinnati Reds, Cincinnati Bengals, and the University of Arizona Wildcats (J.D. 1991).

He is an active member of Kenwood Baptist Church where he serves on several committees and boards. His wife, Susan, is the Communications Director at Kenwood, and past Chair of the Madeira Parks and Recreation Board. In their free time, Susan and Richie enjoy volunteering, swimming at the Y, running in Cincinnati’s beautiful neighborhoods, cycling on the Little Miami Bike Trail, kayaking the Little Miami River, travelling, and spending time with family.
