We worked with Richie Morgan to find our home and sell our existing home. He was extremely responsive the entire journey! We were so excited to move closer to our jobs and in the area where most of our family resides. From late evening text messages 'Did you see this new listing!?!" to "Hey we were actually thinking of this other area", Richie was quick to respond and send us details like area comps and other homes that were close by. He worked constantly to ensure we were updated as homes hit the market and fit what we needed. We visited many homes in a short time period because the market was hot. Homes would sell in just a few days so Richie was on top on it to get us a viewing so we could make an offer without a delay.

He worked closely with the loan mortgage company and created a friendly relationship that allowed us to have quick turnaround on documents we needed. He found us our perfect home! The listing went live on a Thursday and we had our viewing shortly after. Made the offer with his guidance and it was accepted! The selling realtor even commented that it was a pleasure to work with him; he HAD IT TOGETHER! Answered the phone, returned text messages and was professional! I honestly felt that helped us seal this deal!

Then, we moved quickly to put our existing house up for sale. Richie came by our home and was honest about what we should and shouldn't do to get the house ready. We were able to complete the list in a few days and put our house on the market before the next weekend! Richie organized a premium photographer that also used a drone to capture the beauty of our backyard and neighborhood. We had a few neighbors reach out and say our home looked so beautiful in the pictures they would sell their home to move in! HA! We received an offer before the end of the weekend and we're delighted! Richie worked with the buyers to make sure everything was smooth. It was a real pleasure to work with someone that cared about us, listened to what we wanted, and helped us get it done! We recommend Richie Morgan and know you can depend on him!
