Rick Anibal has been my go-to realtor for my last two house purchases. He is down to earth and not just out for the sale. I chose Rick with my first house purchase when moving from out of state. He has lived in this area all his life, and has a wealth of knowledge about his community. I often ask him How DO you do it?! because he is always quick to respond to any question I bring to him no matter how busy his schedule. I have never had a real estate agent who will put research into a house before you go out for a showing. He will come prepared with facts such as potential future construction near the house, specific documentation for property lines, along with the fact he knows the pros and cons of each neighborhood and will tell you honestly. We would have never gone for the house we bought if he hadn't said he had a feeling the sellers would negotiate the price. They did, and we have a house we LOVE in a great neighborhood!! I still contact him from time to time asking him the best place to go for this or that. A great guy who is a friend to all he meets!!

Rick is a great realtor. He was there for me every step of the way. He was extremely hard working, and did everything he could to help me. He even went to the house for me when I was out of town. He was my piece of mind when I was selling the home. He kept me updated on the showings and I knew exactly what was going on at all times. Ricky was a blessing to me and I highly recommend him. Rick is a phenomenal agent, and one that we highly recommend. Unlike other real estate agents that we have worked with, Rick truly has the best interest of his clients in mind. He is patient and never pushes his clients to make choices just to get a deal done. In fact, it was almost a year from the time we first spoke to the time we closed on a new home, and we never once felt pressured to speed things up. When we were ready to make a move, Rick was ready and willing to do everything possible to make things happen quickly. If you're looking for an agent that will work hard for you and truly do everything possible to make your deal work, then Rick is the realtor you want on your side. We can't say enough great things about Rick. He is extremely intelligent and knows the real estate market inside and out.
