Rick sold my wife and I our first home. He found us the perfect first home and he completely walked us through the entire process step by step and made a very confusing process quick and painless! Having Rick Beeson as a realtor was an awesome experience. My wife was looking for "the house", she and Rick probably toured 35-40 homes over a 2 month period. Rick was always very patient and accommodating with our wants and needs. He worked tirelessly to get us into the home of our dreams.
