Rick Bellairs and Tessa Jania were invaluable in their help in navigating the sale of my late father's house. Losing a loved one is hard, made even harder when having to handle their estate and property. Rick and Tessa were quite familiar with the circumstances and incredibly professional when pointing out everything from getting the house market-ready to providing instruction on how to deal with remaining mortgage/taxes/etc. Myself and my family were remote as well, but Rick and Tessa stepped up to being the "boots on the ground" in helping to manage the house. Would highly recommend their services.

Never before have we had a real estate transaction go so well; professional, courteous, and pleasant. Rick is an incredible source of information about the area. On our home search trips he took us on tours and showed us the sights as well as shared his knowledge of the rich history of Woodstock and vicinity. After interviewing a few other realtors we ended up going with Rick and Tessa because we liked how they brought their knowledge and 30+ years of experience, but made us feel like we were involved in every step of the process. There was never any pressure to do this or do that and they also let us incorporate our thoughts and ideas into the process. He remained patient and supportive as we pivoted multiple times and finally zeroed in on an area that worked for us. We can’t say enough about how helpful Rick and Tessa were in helping us buy our new home. Rick spent a ton of time finding just the right place for us and letting us know in advance that it was coming on the market. Rick efficiently and professionally handled all of the negotiations, the inspections, the discussions with the buyer and of course getting through closing. This purchase required a lot of conversations with the seller and with various contractors. Rick referred us to great service providers, who all came through when we needed them.

Rick is incredibly responsive. He also looks out for you and anticipates what you’re going to need. Most importantly, you can tell rick has more than 25 years of experience and has seen everything, because he’s very knowledgeable and helpful on a variety of subjects and issues we never would have even thought of.

If you want someone you can trust and rely on to make your home purchase smooth and efficient, we would highly recommend Rick and Tessa. Based on our experience buying this home, we had Rick and Tessa list our home and of course it was handled the same highly professional way they handled our purchase.

I highly recommend Rick and Tessa! They were extremely knowledgeable, responsive and got us in to see homes as soon as we were ready each time. We were worried we would never land a house since people are offering cash and well over listing prices. We swung and missed on one, but found another and scored. In the end, their good reputation helped us stand out from the other offers. Could not be happier with our experience!!

Rick, thanks to you and Tessa for doing an amazing job both selling my home and finding me a new one. I had an unusual property and these are unusual times, but in spite of the difficulties my home sold for the best price possible. And then, miraculously, I was able to find a home that was exactly what I was looking for. Both the sale and the search were not without anxiety, but you always remained calm and patient.
