Rick Bergman

Rick Bergman is a member of the SVN/Wilson Commercial Group in Columbus Ohio. Rick specializes in investment property and more specifically, the Manufactured Housing industry. Rick's expertise includes property management and the acquisition and sale of manufactured housing communities (MHP's). Rick has been an active owner/operator of several MH communities since 2002 and his hands-on experience in the day-to-day operation of MH communities enables him to know what today's buyers and sellers need to maximize profitablitlity and minimize risk. Rick currently works under broker Doug Wilson, who has specialized in the sale and leasing of investment properties since 1988 and is a two-time Partner Circle Award Winner, which is the highest award SVN gives to its agents. Rick is a memberof the Columbus Board of Realtors, Ohio Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
