My husband and I cannot say enough about our experience with Rick. He made the homebuying process easy. We love our home, and have no plans to move, but would not consider using anyone else in the future. He was always available around the clock to help answer questions, deal with the nitty gritty details, and walk us through the process. We were first time homebuyers, so we really appreciated his expertise and guidance. I also really apppreciated his understanding of our specific requirements and that he never tried to show us properties that were out of our desired price range, or did not meet our list of must-haves. My husband and I wanted to buy based on one salary rather than what the bank said we could afford. I was very happy that Rick did not ever try to get us to budge on how much we would spend. I think he must really love his job. He is the ultimate professional, and I am sure you will be pleased if you use his services. Rick Cox is 5 star in every aspect of a realtor. He has gone above and beyond for us during our search for a new home. Rick is very personable, professional and very detail oriented. We needed to purchase a home in a very short period of time and Rick was always available to show us the homes we requested to see. Rick Cox was able to quickly sell my house. At the time the house did not have any furnishings, however, he was willing to bring in furniture to stage the home. Rick was even willing to include one of his rugs when a client asked if it could be included in the contract. He made sure there was an open house, and updated me on any showings and responses clients had toward my listing. We worked wtih Rick for about a year looking for our next home. The process seemed, at first, as if it was going to be quick an easy, but after putting a contract on on a home to be built, the process skidded to a halt because of builder issues, and we had to cancel the contract. Rick ended up showing us a ton of homes that for some reason or another was not the one. He never complained when we called on shorrt notice asking him to show us a home that might be snapped up if we didn't check it out ASAP. I'm sure he was starting to wonder if we'd ever buy a home or if we just liked hanging out with him. When we finally settled on another new construction home, he was there all along the process, and when we encountered a major issue, he advocated for us all the way. We eventually got everything resolved and moved into our new home. Rick Cox is provided great customer service, was wonderful to interact with and is an all around fantastic realtor and person. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or seel a home without reservation at all. - qualitylady1975

I highly recommend Rick as a realtor to anyone who is serious about selling or buying a home. Rick helped me tremendously about 2 years ago when I was selling my home. He went above and beyond what is expected from a realtor. After I left the area, Rick staged the home I was selling. He even went as far as cleaning and polishing my hardwood floors for my house to make an even more positive impression. He even mowed the lawn when I was out of state. Rick really listens to his clients when helping them find the right home for their families. Now that I am back in VA, he has delivered excellent service again, helping me with negotiations in building a new home for my family. Being a younger first time homeowner, I had no idea where or how to start my search. I chose Rick as my realtor based on all the positive reviews I'd seen on various websites. That was the BEST decision I could've made. Rick is awesome. He made things simple throughout this whole process and included my mom and dad, as I value their opinions also. Rick always kept in touch and updated me with what was going on. He was prompt in returning phone calls and was flexible with my schedule when it came to setting up times to meet and viewing homes.
