Ah, if it were that simple. Even after thirty years in the business, every day is a new experience. Rick obviously finds the challenges exciting and rewarding. It is extremely satisfying when achieving the goals of his client. Whether it be selling his clients home due to a job transfer, perhaps they have outgrown their home or are downsizing, or misfortune has fallen upon them, and they have been given the dubious task of handling an estate, each must be handled differently for each client has different needs and goals. This holds true with purchasing a home as well. Every client comes in with a wish list, it is our job to fulfill those desires as best they can within their budget. Their job entails being more than just a conduit to the selling or buying of property. His team is filled with accountants, bankers, counselors, general contractors, engineers or any other profession that may be required to ease the minds of their client. This is not an eight to five job, so it is imperative that his clients find the right agent. Rick has the experience and tenacity to follow through with whatever it takes to bring the deal to a joyous close.

With an Architecture degree, his love for design offers me a dissimilar experience with each home and allows him to meet new people.
