Rick Jellies

Richard Jellies is tenured professional in the real estate industry with over 35 years of varied experience managing projects, overseeing vertical construction, land acquisition, entitlement and development activities for local and national builders, but also representing investors to create value for projects which have included almost every asset class. Richard is an Arizona licensed real estate agent and a top producer with the City to City Commercial Real Estate. During his career Mr. Jellies has developed over 12,000 home-sites and entitled over 40,000 home-sites and numerous multi-family, commercial and industrial parcels. Mr. Jellies is heavily involved in all zoning activities and experienced with all entitlement activities from neighborhood meetings through council approval. Rick is politically active and maintains close relationships with municipalities and utility companies throughout Arizona to better serve our clients.
