Rick Kaplan

Rick Kaplan, owner of Kaplan Commercial Properties, has over 14 years experience in the professional real estate brokerage/development and management industries, specializing in the 495/MetroWest territory. From 2001-2008, he served on the Industrial Development Committee for the Town of Medway, and he is a member of the United Chamber of Commerce in Franklin, the Milford Area Chamber of Commerce, and other networking groups.

After earning an accounting degree from University of Massachusetts' School of Management, Rick first began working at KPMG Peat Marwick Accounting Firm. Soon thereafter, he started his career in real estate investment, development and brokerage. Rick currently owns a number of commercial properties, as well as a few residential condominiums.

Rick worked as a commercial real estate broker for 6 years in the metro west area before launching his own commercial real estate company in 2006.
