Rick has been active in and around Real Estate since 1985 and is always looking forward to where the markets are heading.

Rick aggressively pursues all means to market a property and seeks out buyers and sellers for those he works for.

Rick has great relationships was clients and gets most of his business from personal referrals and repeat business. Rick strives to solve all problems and make the buying or selling process as stress-free as possible for his client.

Rick fosters his relationships with past clients and understands the latest market trends and tools to ensure his listings get the maximum exposure to the market. Rick has an aggressive online marketing strategy and all listings include multiple photos, virtual tours, and networking with his team of experts and contractors to bring maximum market value to the listing.

Rick is a graduate of Massachusetts Maritime Academy '85 and sailed in all facets of the deep sea industry for 28 years.

Prior to retirement from sailing, Rick worked in real estate and was versed in single, multi-family, small income producing rentals, and had formal training appraising property working part time for two different appraisal companies in the mid-nineties.
