Rick Martin

Rick has learned through the years to balance his business life with spiritual. This means giving back in every way possible throughout his normal day. As a board member of Shelter from the Storm Ministries (www.sftsm.org), he is very involved in raising money and managing the people who volunteer to help mothers in their program in their finance and budgeting.

In his real estate career and with his financial planning experience, he is very eager to help people fit a home into their whole financial picture. Rick will explain why it may not be in their best interest to buy a home at the maximum level approved by their banker.
