Born and raised in Lanikai, Oahu, Rick grew up on the water: surfing, windsurfing, paddling, sailing and fishing, sharing his love of the sea with his Dad, Homer Maxey. Having inherited the entrepreneurial lure & business sense from his Mother, Mahina Maxey, Rick secured his real estate license in 1998; he specializes full-time in the buying and selling of homes on the Windward side of O?ahu, and beyond.
