Rick Morris

Rick Morris of Morris Appraisal Inc. is an SRA Designated certified residential appraiser with over 20 years experience. Rick is also an experienced FHA appraiser.

Rick Morris has over 17-years experience and holds a Bachelors Degree in Marketing And Business Administration, graduating from Illinois State University with high honors as a member of Sigma Phi Epsilon. He specializes in architectural homes, litigation, historical, estates, trust cases, divorce appraisals, retrospective appraisals, tax appraisals, and high-end (multi-million dollar) homes and complex appraisals.
When he's not delivering high grade appraisals to attorneys, accountants, lenders, and others, Rick is working out, doing martial arts training, and numerous sports: golf, skiing, and biking.
